Because of your continued involvement and enthusiasm, the Southern New Mexico Pride Board has decided to become a year-round organization. Which means, we'll be taking on more responsibilities beyond the annual festival weekend. Soon you'll begin seeing the Pride logo appearing on more fundraising events, gearned not just toward raising funds for the big Pride weekend, but also for local GLBTQ charities and other worthwhile causes.
In addition, we'll be revamping this website to become more interactive and informative for the community it serves. In time, we're hoping to become the one-stop shop for those seeking information about Southern New Mexico and its GLBTQ population. Here you'll also find announcements, postings and news that affects you. It's all part of our effort to become more proactive in serving the community we believe in.
